In some case you will get rejection from operation function when you start talking about internal control. This is normal ! since operation and finance do not have the same perception: what is internal control ?
why management need internal control?

Most operation manager assume internal control is only a "BRAKE"( analogy for the car) which make the car stop. But the correct perception is:
Its confirm a "BRAKE" in the car, and by having this, It help management run the car faster, because they are confident there is a good brake system that help them control the car,
or
We can say, with strong internal control, management can accelerate the growth of the company, because they are confident that internal control are already in place to protect the business from any major risk in front.
